In the next handful of posts, you will find:

Everything from The benefits of eating healthily, to my sharing of ideas,  and suggested recipes. The aim is to help you to develop a personally suited healthy-eating routine, which would then become a natural lifestyle.

But first, let me ask some questions…

Why choose healthy eating?

*Healthy eating produces healthy blood, which leads to a healthy mind (better grades and great all round performance)

*Healthy eating really does reduces the risk of sickness and disease.

How healthy is ‘healthy’?

There are many dietitians and doctors, who will advise you on the best way to keep your body healthy in order to reduce risk and harm. However, everything starts with YOU!

You must decide to tread your ‘healthy eating journey’ at the pace most beneficial to you. This article is not about forcing you to eat nothing but carrots and drink nothing but juiced cabbage for 3 months; instead it is merely a guide to  highlight what options are available and possible in order to maintain a healthy balanced diet.

What is it going to cost me?

  • A bit of time effort, and motivation (as with most things in life!)
  • It’s can be quite cheap actually!  (this all depends on how you choose to go about healthy eating)

What’s in it for me?

  • good blood
  • a healthier clearer mind (Put’s academic performance in good stead)
  • a purer look (clearer skin, good hair, happier faces)

You have nothing to lose, honest!

Generally speaking, nobody can force you into becoming more conscious about what you eat and how, It is always best when you decide for yourself that you want to improve your health.

WATCH THIS SPACE :Next we will be looking at some basic foundations of getting started on your HEJ (health eating journey), and I will be sharing my experience of my gradual diet changes.

Stay Blessed!
